Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes: Omperio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier's website.

Damages:

  • Omperio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please check with us if you have concerns about delivery to your area.
